Amy Rigdon LMT

Amy R. Rigdon, a Savannah, Georgia native, graduated in 1998 from Alpha School of Massage in Jacksonville, Florida. Amy has a passion for learning and advancement. She is a highly skilled professional therapist who has incorporated a wide variety of massage modalities into her practice creating the most customized and effective service for each client’s individual needs. She is Licensed in the state of Georgia and S. Carolina and holds a Board Certification with the NCBTMB.

Among the various modalities one may experience in massage are popular techniques like Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and reflexology. Amy’s more advanced training in the field has offered a wider scope of practice from neuromuscular therapy and advanced myofascial release.
